 * Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
 * Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven setting
 * Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
 * High school diploma or GED required
 * Real estate license (a plus, but not required)

## Description

As an Application Processor, you'll play a key role in evaluating rental applications and supporting prospective tenants through the leasing process:

 * Verify, compile, and input applicant data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
 * Review applications for completeness, compliance, and potential discrepancies
 * Conduct credit and background screenings to assess applicant qualifications
 * Communicate professionally with applicants, employers, banks, and references
 * Coordinate with pet screening services and rental reference providers
 * Assist with scheduling property showings and applicant follow-ups
 * Maintain consistent communication in a high-volume, fast-paced workflow
 * Document detailed notes and updates in internal software systems
 * Use problem-solving and decision-making skills to evaluate applicant eligibility
 * Support applicants throughout the application process with excellent customer service
