## About the Role

· Education, training, or practical experience in information technology or a related field.

· Working knowledge of Windows computers, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and common office technology.

· Ability to troubleshoot methodically, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and know when to escalate.

· Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records.

· Good organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to learn new systems.

· Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, networking, or MDM is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, grasp, push, and pull as needed for equipment setup and support.

· Ability to move, lift, and/or carry up to 30 lbs.

· Ability to use a computer keyboard, standard office equipment, and telephone for extended periods.

## Description

This position is responsible for initial troubleshooting, resolving common problems, documenting work, and escalating issues that require system-level changes, policy decisions, custom configuration, or infrastructure work.
