## Description

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and optimisation.

You'll Be Responsible For:

 * Leading client workshops and advising on Oracle HCM leading practices.
 * Designing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions.
 * Delivering solution demonstrations and design playback sessions.
 * Translating business requirements into scalable and effective system designs.
 * Producing high-quality functional documentation and solution workbooks.
 * Building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
 * Mentoring colleagues and supporting the growth of our Oracle Cloud community.
 * Driving successful delivery across implementation and transformation programmes.
