## About the Role

Her tasks include strategic consulting in the area of ITSM (IT Service Management) and the development of architectures that make optimal use of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). They drive forward the integration of various systems, in particular using integrations (e.g. REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub). Your consulting expertise is required to understand customer requirements and translate them into innovative solutions. Must-Have Skills
