## About the Role

* Advanced degree in Financial Engineering Science with Data Science is a MUST
 * 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
 * Experience in applying machine learning methods LLM / Azure AI / Open AI API, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks Python, SQL, Azure ML, Excel Capital Market

Desirable

 * Familiarity with finetuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model optimization techniques
 * Understanding of model governance, responsible AI principles, and risk controls for GenAI usage in financial contexts.
 * Experience of Prime Brokerage, Securities Lending , Counterparty Risk

Other Skills and Abilities

 * Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clarity of communication to users and colleagues
 * Agile and flexible approach to delivery
 * Prioritize and structure own workload according to delivery requirements
 * A fast learner with the ability to understand, retain and apply new information quickly

## Description

Work closely with product development and technology project team members to help propel data products., * Improve and innovate models including statistical and machine learning techniques across various asset-classes e.g. Equities, Fixed Income etc

 * Develop predictive analytics model using AIML
 * Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, embeddings, and promptbased workflows
 * Ability to evaluate and select appropriate GenAI models (opensource or commercial) for specific use cases
 * Ensure daily data quality checks in production and more
