The team focuses on building scalable insights, tools, and automation that improve sales efficiency and enable better decision-making across Enterprise teams. As part of this mission, the team leads cross-functional initiatives that combine analytics, AI, and automation to address complex operational challenges. This includes developing scalable reporting infrastructure, designing workflow automation, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to reimagine how insights and tools support the Enterprise organization. About the Role We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead AI-enabled automation initiatives that improve efficiency across our Enterprise Sales organization. You will report into the Director of Enterprise Insights & Analytics on our Insights & Analytics team within the Enterprise organization. This role will focus on identifying high-impact workflow opportunities, developing automation solutions, and scaling tools that reduce manual work across Enterprise teams. You will work closely with Account Management, Strategy & Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business needs into technical builds and ensure successful adoption.
