## Description

Le Lead Front-End actuel part sur un projet perso. Vous reprenez le flambeau et devenez la référence technique Front-End de la boîte.

Concrètement, ça veut dire :

 * Développer et maintenir l'écosystème Front-End
 * Définir les standards, les bonnes pratiques, faire les revues de code
 * Porter la stratégie de tests (unitaires, intégration, E2E)
 * Piloter le Design System
 * Peser sur les décisions d'architecture
 * Améliorer la Developer Experience
 * Bosser avec les PMs et les Designers
 * Participer au recrutement et à l'évaluation des candidats
 * Suivre et communiquer les métriques de la plateforme
