We're looking for a talented C# Developer to join our growing Development team at Focus Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and enhancement of our portfolio of internal and customer-facing applications. Working closely with a collaborative team of developers, you'll build new functionality, support existing systems, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the business and our customers.

 * Developing new functionality across Focus Group's portfolio of internal and customer-facing applications
 * Supporting and enhancing existing systems and services
 * Delivering change requests, bug fixes, and improvements to bespoke in-house applications
 * Working on a variety of development projects across the business
 * Participating in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and code reviews
 * Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
 * Taking part in a support rota to assist with development-related issues and investigations
 * Deploying planned releases and hotfixes in line with team processes and release schedules
 * Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver solutions that meet business and customer requirements
 * Contributing ideas and best practices to improve development standards and processes
