repositories Lead performance reviews, scalability assessments, and security audits of Salesforce solutions Basic Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience of Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs Minimum 8+ years of experience Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration architecture Minimum 10+ years of experience Hands-on experience designing and implementing Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, and Case Management Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise implementations Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Git, Gearset) and CI/CD automation Experience in Agile delivery frameworks and global delivery models Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or actively pursuing CTA Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL), Einstein Bots, or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
