## Description

The BCA AutosOnShow Data Analyst is a key role for the BCA Logistics Team. The role will be part of the central Decision Intelligence function and will sit within the Analysis & Insights team, working collaboratively with other data analysts whilst working directly with the AOS business, providing Operational efficiency, quality and planning insights, * To provide key stakeholders with reports and analysis to drive business performance. Communicate findings of above analysis with clear recommendations. Ensure that all reporting, analysis, and dashboards are optimised and are as efficient as possible throughout the entirety of the data flow.

 * Gain a strong understanding of the AOS business by engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders to identify how data and insights can support improved business performance.
 * Support the Lead Data Analyst in managing and prioritisation of workload between longer term project work and short-term ad hoc requests.
 * Build relationships and a strong understanding of the broader teams within Decision Intelligence e.g. Data Integration, Data Science and Reporting Services so that the most relevant support and tools for analysis can be utilised in the delivery of insight solutions for AOS.
 * Take ownership of continuous professional development & keep up with rapidly changing data industry trends.
 * Collaborate with the wider Analysis & Insights team to share learnings and best practice and participate in team discussions and wider business projects.
 * Produce and maintain Local Work Instructions for all reports produced to ensure business continuity.
