This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management. The Engineering Manager will guide system architecture, ensure engineering quality, and coordinate development across backend services, integrations, and internal applications that support clinical operations, billing workflows, and analytics. You will work closely with the Product Manager, CTO, and engineering team to drive technical execution, maintain architectural consistency, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
