* Strong commercial experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions
 * Hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
 * Experience developing both Canvas and Model-Driven applications
 * Strong understanding of Power Platform capabilities, limitations and best practices
 * Experience designing scalable and enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions
 * Understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices
 * Experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD would be beneficial

* Design, develop and implement Power Platform solutions to meet client requirements
 * Build high-quality Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Power Apps
 * Develop enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flows
 * Work hands-on with Microsoft Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams
 * Lead technical discussions, design sessions and solution workshops with clients
 * Understand user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
 * Advise clients on Power Platform best practices, governance and adoption
