## About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Data Scientist to join a fast-growing, purpose-led travel marketplace., * Strong hands-on experience in MMM and marketing measurement.

 * Excellent statistical, causal inference and experimental design skills.
 * Strong SQL and Python capabilities.
 * Understanding of paid media, attribution and customer acquisition economics.
 * Commercially minded, with the ability to influence marketing strategy.
 * An AI-first approach to data science.

Experience with Bayesian modelling, value-based bidding or LTV modelling would be advantageous.

## Description

* Own and develop MMM to measure channel effectiveness, diminishing returns and marginal acquisition costs.
 * Design incrementality experiments, including geo tests and conversion-lift studies.
 * Build and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) models.
 * Improve marketing attribution and measurement in a privacy-first landscape.
 * Translate analytical insights into actionable marketing budget recommendations.
 * Use AI to accelerate analysis, experimentation and reporting.
