You will possess the ability to create strategy documents for all major technical activities, using our standard templates and tools. * Client relationship management: You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Active listening, consensus-building, using a consultative approach to guide client decision-making, empathy and collaboration. * Communication: You'll effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
