## About the Role

We're looking for a Microsoft Support Engineer to join a secure MSP environment, providing operational support and administration of Microsoft identity, authentication and infrastructure services. This is a hands on, second-line role!

YOU MUST HAVE ACTIVE UKIC DV/eDV, * Active UKIC DV or eDV clearance

 * Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and AD FS
 * Windows Server administration
 * PKI
 * SQL Server
 * PowerShell automation
 * Working knowledge of authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos and NTLM

Previous experience working in secure government or defence environments would be ideal!

## Description

* Provide second-line support for Microsoft server, identity and federation services
 * Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and operational changes
 * Monitor platform health, performance and service availability
 * Administer Active Directory, AD FS, Device Registration Services and authentication platforms
 * Support security patching, vulnerability remediation and certificate management
