## Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 * Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and DevOps practices

 * Remain hands-on, investigating complex technical challenges and unblocking delivery teams when required

 * Work with AWS, Snowflake, and dbt to support and enhance modern data platforms

 * Lead and mentor engineers, helping to develop technical capability across the wider team

 * Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to influence technical decisions and priorities
