## About the Role

* Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
 * At least three years of relevant experience in systems administration, business applications or technical support.
 * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
 * Knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems, basic networking and cybersecurity.
 * Hands-on experience with point-of-sale systems; ticketing and admissions platforms experience is highly beneficial.
 * Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
 * Awareness of PCI compliance and ITIL processes, including incident, problem and change management.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
 * Fluent in both French and English.
 * Flexibility to support operations during evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

## Description

Are you an IT professional with experience in systems administration, SQL and ticketing platforms?, We're looking for a Systems Administrator to support the business applications and ticketing systems of an exciting new visitor attraction in Paris. You'll play a key role in ensuring ticketing, point-of-sale systems and integrations run smoothly, supporting teams across the business and helping deliver a seamless visitor experience., * Manage and maintain business applications, particularly ticketing systems and point-of-sale platforms.

 * Monitor ticket inventory, admission volumes and time slots across different sales channels.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate their resolution with internal IT teams and external providers.
 * Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures and support processes.
 * Manage software upgrades, testing and system changes in line with IT best practices.
 * Develop and execute test scenarios for ticketing platforms, webstores, APIs and system integrations.
 * Deliver training to colleagues across departments, particularly on POS systems.
 * Use Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and SSRS to support reporting and system administration.
 * Ensure compliance with IT policies, incident management procedures and relevant payment security standards.
 * Collaborate with business teams and wider IT stakeholders to support operational requirements.
 * Support system performance, equipment configuration and ongoing improvements.
