## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
 * At least two years of experience in an IT support or technical analyst role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop and laptop deployment, and Windows administration.
 * Experience with Microsoft Intune, configuration management and mobile device management.
 * Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks and audiovisual technology.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
 * Organised, proactive and results-driven.
 * Microsoft, CompTIA or other relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
 * Familiarity with Zendesk or another IT help desk ticketing system is beneficial.

You'll provide hands-on IT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring employees have the technology they need to work effectively.

The Role

 * Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, software and mobile devices.
 * Respond to IT support requests via tickets, email, phone and in-person assistance.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and operating system issues.
 * Install, configure, test and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
 * Administer and support Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
 * Document incidents, repairs, installations and equipment changes within the IT service management system.
 * Monitor system performance and maintain accurate IT equipment inventories.
 * Support Windows deployment, configuration management and software testing.
 * Conduct software licence audits and assist with equipment refresh projects.
 * Coordinate with third-party IT support providers and hardware and software vendors.
 * Provide basic networking, telecommunications and audiovisual support.
 * Help employees understand IT systems and resolve common technical issues.
