## About the Role

* Around 2-4 years' relevant experience in data governance, business analysis or a closely related role.
 * Practical understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata and data management.
 * Experience creating or maintaining governance artefacts.
 * Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
 * Demonstrable Power BI reporting and visualisation experience.
 * Confident stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
 * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree.

The emphasis is on practical governance delivery, stakeholder engagement and documentation. Power BI experience should sit alongside these capabilities.

## Description

* Support the implementation and adoption of the Data Governance Framework.
 * Work with Data Stewards to understand requirements and establish clear data ownership.
 * Develop and maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, Critical Data Elements, ownership matrices and data quality rules.
 * Document business processes and data lineage.
 * Produce user stories, use cases and functional requirements.
 * Build Power BI reports and visualisations to support governance activity.
 * Track data issues and actions through to resolution.
 * Support reference data processes, training, communications and guidance.
