## About the Role

* Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant technical discipline
 * Strong background in Systems Engineering, Technical Architecture, Software, Networking or Cyber Security
 * Experience delivering complex projects within consultancy, systems integration or public sector environments
 * Proven track record supporting defence, government, national security or law enforcement programmes
 * Strong understanding of engineering methodologies including Agile, V-Model, risk management and requirements management
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and client-facing skills

## Description

* Lead the scoping, design and delivery of complex mission-critical systems and services
 * Facilitate technical workshops, requirements gathering and risk analysis activities
 * Develop engineering approaches and technical designs to mitigate project risks
 * Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
 * Oversee project delivery, integration activities and stakeholder engagement
 * Produce and maintain key engineering artefacts, documentation and reports
