## About the Role

5+ years of experience in solution design, bid leadership or transformation within BPO, outsourcing, digital or technology-enabled services

A track record of designing large-scale solutions, ideally across several countries

A good understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation and analytics

Strong commercial acumen, including building business cases and assessing risk

Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence pitching to senior client audiences

Experience leading virtual teams across functions, cultures and geographies

Fluent English (C1 or above); French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus
