## About the Role

* Relevant professional experience in workplace support, client management, or a comparable technical environment
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management
 * A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is an advantage
 * Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
 * An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
 * Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken

## Description

* Evaluate, test, document, and support the rollout of Windows releases
 * Provide second-level support and administration for Windows workplace environments
 * Manage the full lifecycle of physical and cloud-based clients using Microsoft Intune and related technologies
 * Plan and implement client management and workplace-related projects
 * Support local IT teams across the ROSEN Group global locations
 * Analyze recurring incidents and contribute to sustainable problem resolution
 * Automate operational processes using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
 * Administer, deploy, and maintain third-party applications
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
 * Ensure compliance with security, configuration, and lifecycle management standards
