## About the Role

* Proven experience in a 3rd Line IT Support or Senior Infrastructure Engineer role, ideally within an MSP environment.
 * Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender, Hyper-V, backup solutions and disaster recovery.
 * Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs.
 * Experience with PowerShell, technical project delivery and troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
 * Must be a driver due to location

## Description

* Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.
 * Provide 3rd line support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
 * Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including Hyper-V, networking, firewalls, VPNs, backup and disaster recovery.
 * Deliver customer projects including cloud migrations, server upgrades, infrastructure improvements and security implementations.
 * Support junior engineers, undertake root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve systems, security and service delivery.
