## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on software development experience (degree, MBO/HBO or self-taught: we care about what you can build)
 * Solid practical experience with Java and Angular
 * Willingness to work with C#, VB.NET/VBA and SQL as well. We have a mixed stack, and curiosity beats a perfect match
 * You communicate clearly, enjoy teamwork and like understanding the why behind a customer request
 * A quality mindset: testing and clean, documented code are part of the job for you, not an afterthought
 * Dutch (C1), and good English
 * Interest in AI-assisted development (Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar). Experience is a plus, curiosity is enough

Nice to haves:

 * Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint or Power Platform
 * Experience with ERP, DMS or CRM systems, or a feel for business processes
 * German is a bonus, not a requirement. Youll work with German colleagues across the group, and well support you if you want to learn it
