* Mitverantwortung für Contact-Center-Technologien, einschließlich der Beobachtung und Bewertung aktueller Entwicklungen und Trends
 * Funktion als fachliche und technische Ansprechperson für Kundeninteraktionsplattform, sowohl intern als auch extern
 * Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Kundeninteraktionsplattform, von der Installation bis zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
 * Analytisches Herangehen an komplexe Herausforderungen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen
 * Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der Systemdokumentation
