## About the Role

* 5 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

This Lead Full Stack Software Engineer role is a hands-on technical leadership position focused on designing, developing, and scaling enterprise SaaS applications using Python, Node.js, React, and AWS. The ideal candidate has a strong full-stack engineering background, experience leading Development teams, and expertise in cloud-based application architecture. The role also involves integrating emerging AI technologies into existing products and engineering workflows., * Lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise SaaS applications.

 * Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, and React.
 * Design and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless solutions.
 * Mentor and manage software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features and deliver scalable solutions.
 * Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
 * Design and integrate agentic AI workflows into existing applications.
 * Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and development efficiency.
