## Description

Als Fachinformatiker/in bist du die/der Retter/in in Not für deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit IT-Problemen. Außerdem kümmerst du dich um jegliche Soft- und Hardware des Landratsamtes von der Planung bis zur Wartung.

Was erwartet mich in der Ausbildung?

Die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre und beginnt immer am 1. September eines Jahres.

Praxiserfahrungen sammelst du in der EDV-Abteilung des Landratsamtes Hohenlohekreis.

Typische Aufgaben:

 * Beraten und technischer Support von Anwendern vor Ort
 * Planen und konfigurieren von vernetzten informations- und telekommunikationstechnischen Systemen
 * Installieren, administrieren, betreiben und warten von IT-Systemen
 * Beheben von Programm- bzw. Systemfehlern
 * Erstellen von Systemdokumentationen
 * Durchführen von internen Schulungen

Berufsschule:

 * Gewerbliche Schule in Schwäbisch Hall (1,5 Tage pro Woche)

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, nebenher die Fachhochschulreife an der Gewerblichen Schule in Schwäbisch Hall zu erwerben.
