 + OR equivalent experience.
 * 3+ years people management experience.
 * 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Technical Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.

## Description

* Lead a global Technical Program Management team, with engineering efforts in the US, Taiwan, and India. Lead through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. Attract and retain great people; invest in their growth.
 * Set security standards and enforce them with our suppliers, and across the Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering team.
 * Define security features to help customers secure their own data, and to keep the fleet secure.
 * Drive complete automation of firmware deployments and recovery, to achieve the highest deployment speeds and yields, at the lowest cost.
 * Measure the business impact of our work.
