* Strong experience developing production applications using React
 * Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
 * Professional experience with .NET/C# or Python development
 * Experience designing and developing secure REST APIs and back-end services
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks
 * Understanding of generative AI, large language models and AI-enabled application development
 * Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases and enterprise system integration
 * Experience with Git-based development workflows and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
 * Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security and cloud operations
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have

 * Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-based workflows or AI orchestration patterns
 * Experience with asynchronous processing, messaging or event-driven architectures
 * Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployments
 * Experience working with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and single sign-on solutions
