You'll work across our Data Platform, covering the infrastructure that moves and stores our data through to analytics, machine learning and AI. There's scope here to establish how we measure the value of these platforms and use that understanding to influence what we build next. Working closely with engineering and product leads, you'll help us understand where investment is paying off and where a different approach would make a bigger difference. This is a hands-on role. You'll build the datasets and models behind your recommendations, taking ownership of analytical work from the initial question through to the decisions it supports. We want someone who enjoys understanding how systems work and can connect that technical detail to what matters for the people using them. How you'll contribute: * Work with our teams to identify the questions that matter, agree how to measure success and help prioritise investment. * Lead analytical projects, choosing an approach that fits the problem and carrying the work through to recommendations teams can use. * Build and maintain the data pipelines and models that make your analysis reliable and repeatable. * Bring an analytical perspective to engineering and product discussions, helping colleagues understand the evidence and the trade-offs behind a decision. * Share your methods and knowledge so other analysts and engineers can build on your work.
