Install and maintain shop floor visual display screens, ensuring quality documentation and production information is accessible and current. Support the roll-out of Power BI across the business, building initial dashboards and reports and working with departments to identify reporting needs. Act as the link between internal IT needs and the Company's external IT support provider, providing first-line troubleshooting and briefing and managing the external provider where an issue needs to be escalated to them. Lead and complete allocated IT and technical projects, keeping stakeholders updated on progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation of systems, configurations and network set-up.About You Good IT literacy and a genuine interest in computer systems, networks and industrial technology.
