* Bachelor degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
 * Proven experience in project management - best of ERP implementations or optimizations, ideally in the aerospace or defense sector.
 * In-depth knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and their modules.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English (business fluent / negotiation-level).
 * Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.

An opportunity for an ERP Business Project Manager ( has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid)., We are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Power ERP Business Project Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment to drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems in the Business Unit Air Power., * Lead and manage ERP projects in the Air Power division from a business perspective encompasing from conception through implementation, including schedule, budget, and resource planning.

 * Work closely with stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Digital, Engineering, Production, Procurement) to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Ensure the analysis of existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities through the use of ERP systems.
 * Coordinate external service providers and system integrators.
 * Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies.
 * Monitor project progress, report to management, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
 * Ensure planning and delivery of end-user training.
 * Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
