## About the Role

* A degree in computer science or IT, or vocational training as Fachinformatiker
 * One year or more in IT security, IT operations or a security operations center, internships included
 * Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking basics

Nice to Have

 * Microsoft Sentinel or another SIEM
 * Knowledge of ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz
 * CompTIA Security+ or a similar certification

## Description

* Review alerts from Microsoft Defender and our SIEM and follow up on suspicious activity
 * Track vulnerabilities and patch status across laptops, servers and cloud services
 * Check access rights and multi-factor authentication settings every quarter
 * Answer client security questionnaires with the right evidence
 * Keep our ISO 27001 documentation, risk register and policies current
 * Run phishing simulations and short security sessions for employees, You will work alongside our systems administrator and cloud engineer and report to our head of technology.
