## About the Role

* Studying towards a bachelor's degree and on track to achieve a 2:1 or above.
 * Analytical, logical and self-motivated individual.
 * Able to think creatively and off own initiative.
 * Multi-task whilst maintaining structure and attention to detail.
 * Good communication skills with ability to assert oneself.
 * Good knowledge of MS Office package., To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.

## Description

During this internship the successful candidate will be exposed not only to practical business challenges on a daily basis, but to longer term improvement projects which will benefit the whole Aftersales Business. The intern will be a vital asset to support the team from analysis, planning and implementation point of view, and will be able to network within Parts Operations, and with other Rolls-Royce departments.

What awaits you?

 * Supply chain / packaging improvements across multiple suppliers to improve material flow and reduce operational costs.
 * Analyse sales, transport and logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
 * Stock analysis, supporting the inventory function to improve overall stock accuracy and optimisation.
 * Material master data review to achieve better data quality.
 * Daily and weekly reporting including the creation of new reports & presentations to monitor various performance KPIs.
 * Supporting project activities on an on-demand basis.
 * Process improvements for the teams of Parts Operations department.
