## About the Role

* 7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, preferably with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
 * Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployments.
 * Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.
 * Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
 * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
 * Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
 * Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills., * Preferred Skills: Salesforce administration/configuration, release management, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement.
