bonnes bases techniques en informatique / réseau / télécom

Les profils Bac motivés avec un bon niveau technique pourront également être étudiés.

## Description

Intégré à l'équipe technique, vous intervenez en support à distance auprès de nos clients professionnels :

prise en charge des appels entrants (support client) et qualification des demandes

support technique de premier niveau (help desk)

suivi du parc client (téléphonie, réseau, informatique)

supervision des installations et remontée des incidents

gestion du SAV et suivi des tickets

accompagnement client et coordination interne si nécessaire

Le poste est principalement basé sur du support à distance (téléphone / outils internes). Des déplacements ponctuels peuvent être envisagés mais ne constituent pas le cœur du poste.
