 * Firestore.

 * Expérience démontrée sur des projets IA générative en environnement de production.

Critère différenciant

Une expérience dans un environnement SIRH constitue un véritable atout pour cette mission.

Une connaissance de solutions telles que SuccessFactors, HR Access, Workday, Oracle HCM ou Talentsoft sera particulièrement appréciée.

La compréhension des processus RH (gestion des collaborateurs, recrutement, mobilité interne, formation, performance, administration du personnel) permettra de prendre rapidement en main les enjeux fonctionnels du projet.

## Description

Cette mission s'inscrit au cœur des processus RH de l'entreprise et nécessite une forte capacité à interfacer des solutions IA avec des systèmes tels que SuccessFactors, HR Access et d'autres applications RH.

Nous recherchons un profil capable de comprendre les enjeux fonctionnels RH tout en apportant une expertise technique solide sur les sujets IA et développement backend., * Développer des microservices et APIs en Python / FastAPI.

 * Concevoir et intégrer des solutions basées sur les LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
 * Développer des assistants RH, agents IA et solutions RAG.
 * Intégrer les applications aux systèmes SIRH existants.
 * Exploiter et valoriser les données RH au travers de cas d'usage innovants.
 * Participer aux choix d'architecture, aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité et à l'industrialisation des solutions.
 * Déployer et maintenir les applications sur Google Cloud Platform.
 * Garantir la qualité, la pertinence et la fiabilité des réponses générées par les modèles d'IA.
