## About the Role

* Experience leading or coordinating testing within a regulated environment.
 * Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance and test lifecycles.
 * Experience with test planning, defect management and stakeholder engagement.
 * Experience using tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps or TestRail.
 * Technical testing experience including API, integration, data or non-functional testing.
 * Excellent analytical and communication skills.
 * ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent experience).

## Description

Working closely with the Test Manager, you will lead day-to-day testing activities across a range of projects, programmes and operational change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Planning, coordinating and reporting on testing activities across multiple initiatives.
 * Supporting the development and continuous improvement of TPT's testing strategy, governance and quality assurance framework.
 * Coordinating testing phases including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression, end-to-end, performance and operational readiness testing.
 * Managing defect triage, prioritisation, escalation and resolution activities.
 * Working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure testing standards are consistently applied.
 * Supporting major transformation initiatives including platform upgrades, cloud migration and process automation.
 * Providing clear reporting on test progress, quality metrics, risks and issues to support effective decision-making.
 * Contributing to the development of test automation capabilities and modern quality engineering practices.
 * Helping to develop and support a collaborative, knowledge-sharing testing culture.
