## Description

Installer et configurer les équipements informatiques (PC Windows 10/11, tablettes) Assurer la maintenance des ordinateurs, des périphériques et des moyens d'impression

 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et systèmes Assister les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques (support de proximité et à distance)
 - Participer à la hotline du Centre de services Mettre à jour l'outil de gestion de parc et de suivi des interventions
 - Participer au paramétrage des serveurs et des matériels réseaux Rédiger de la documentation technique et utilisateur
 - Réaliser des tâches de manutention liées au matériel informatique
