## About the Role

* 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer (or similar), i.e. complex pre-sales and/or deployment of complex enterprise solutions, especially in a SaaS sales environment
 * 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security)
 * Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a single platform, tying them together to solve complex, cross-functional business problems
 * Current knowledge of Agentic AI architecture (e.g., agents, tool use, MCP, autonomous workflows) and how to secure it
 * 4+ years experience with a cross-platform endpoint agent solution (Windows, Mac, and/or Linux)
 * Ability to travel to cover events and conferences
 * Strong sales presence and superior communication skills
 * Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
 * Ability to problem-solve, both independently and as part of a team
 * Must be located in the following states to support our customers. (Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Luisiana, Arkansas)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team at Cyberhaven. In this role, you will drive go-to-market initiatives by leading prospect engagements, including demos and proofs of concept. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is always ready to assist one another. We serve as advisors in data protection, addressing the challenges organizations encounter. Our team thrives on tinkering, building, and developing solutions for emerging challenges. We are experts in industry advancements, competitive threats, and adjacent market technologies., * Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.

 * Advise customers on securing AI adoption, including emerging agentic AI use cases, and translate their risks into clear technical and business outcomes.
 * Maintain key partner technical relationships and effectively enable and demonstrate channel partners to excel in a channel-driven sales model.
 * Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams on new feature releases and provide feedback on current feature capabilities based on field experience/input.
