 * Suite Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint…)
 * Notions d'Active Directory
 * Premières expériences en support utilisateurs, Curieux(se), motivé(e) et toujours prêt(e) à apprendre, vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie et d'un vrai sens du service., Envie de développer votre polyvalence, de comprendre le fonctionnement d'un SI groupe et de monter rapidement en compétences aux côtés du Responsable SI ?

## Description

Support utilisateurs & assistance technique

 * Assistance utilisateurs N1/N2.
 * Diagnostic et résolution des incidents matériels, logiciels et bureautiques.
 * Participation à la rédaction de documentation et procédures.

Administration systèmes & réseaux

 * Participation à l'administration des environnements Microsoft 365 et Active Directory.
 * Gestion des comptes utilisateurs et droits d'accès.
 * Participation aux actions de cybersécurité et de sécurisation des accès.

Gestion de parc & logistique IT

 * Préparation et installation du matériel informatique.
 * Gestion des arrivées et départs collaborateurs.
 * Inventaire du parc informatique.

Participation aux projets IT

 * Participation aux projets de transformation digitale du groupe.
 * Support au déploiement de nouvelles solutions.
 * Accompagnement des utilisateurs au changement., Alternance basée à Rennes, dans des locaux agréables proches de la gare

 - Des déplacements ponctuels entre les entités de Rennes et Nantes
