## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Blaze Rules Developer with 5-7 years of IT experience, including hands-on expertise in (IBM ODM / Blaze Rules/Blaze Advisor) and WebSphere Liberty Profile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting business rule applications and decision services that support enterprise business processes., * Design, develop, and maintain business rules using IBM ODM / Blaze Advisor.

 * Create and manage rule projects, decision tables, rule flows, business object models, and rule services.
 * Deploy and manage Blaze Rules applications on WebSphere Liberty Profile.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable business rules.
 * Develop and consume REST/SOAP services for rule execution and integration.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize rule performance and application behavior.
 * Support application deployments, upgrades, and migration activities.
 * Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
 * Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
 * Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and coding standards.
