* Expertise en pilotage de projets applicatifs IA (Chatbot, Speech-to-Text, API, IAM/SSO)
 * Solide connaissance des concepts IA et capacité à vulgariser

 * Maîtrise des exigences RGPD, sécurité et conformité, Nous ciblons une personne portée par le goût du travail bien fait, en quête de progression et agile, qui recherche un réel projet d'entreprise afin de mettre sa pierre à l'édifice.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant au minimum 5 ans d'expérience, diplômée d'une formation supérieure en informatique.

## Description

Tu piloteras la mise en œuvre de deux solutions IA avant la fin de l'année : un dispositif de chat augmenté (chatbot, livechat) et un système de transcription et d'analyse des appels téléphoniques (Speech-to-Text, analyse sémantique).

Tes principales missions :

 * Cadrage, planification et suivi des projets jusqu'à la mise en production
 * Coordination des parties prenantes et animation de la gouvernance
 * Rédaction des livrables clés : architecture, recettes, dossier de mise en production, documentation fonctionnelle
 * Pilotage des enjeux de sécurité, RGPD et conformité (AI Act)
