## About the Role

We are looking for an Order Entry / EDI Specialist with strong customer service and organizational skills, SAP experience, and knowledge of sales order processing and order management in a manufacturing environment., * Previous SAP experience is required.

 * Experience in sales order entry, order management, or customer service.
 * Knowledge of order fulfillment and service/repair processes.
 * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

## Description

* Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in SAP.
 * Process purchase orders, quotations, order changes, returns, and cancellations.
 * Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery dates, order status, and shipments.
 * Coordinate service and repair requests with technicians and internal teams.
 * Work with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
 * Track open orders, resolve order discrepancies, and communicate delays to customers.
 * Maintain accurate order records and provide timely customer updates.
