Key Performance Indicators

## Description

Act as administrative support to the DPO and Data Protection function. Undertake specific tasks including processing of Subject Access Requests (SARs), records requests, conduct records transfers and keep documentation, including ROPA's, DPIA's and SAR trackers up to date.

Main duties and responsibilities

Manage Data Protection mailboxes and respond to enquiries from clients, staff and all relevant stakeholders.

Process SARs, records requests and data transfers.

Complete general administrative tasks, including keeping organisation Data Protection documentation up to date.

Collaborate with all departments and colleagues on data protection matters.

Keep up to date with legal and industry changes and undertake training as required.

Prioritise workload and work flexibly, responding to business needs.
