## Description

Prendre en charge le support utilisateurs de niveau N1, N2 et ponctuellement N3, en relais du Helpdesk centralisé
Assurer la gestion des incidents et des demandes
Intervenir sur un kiosque IT pour les demandes ponctuelles
Participer aux projets IT en collaboration avec les ingénieurs et les équipes métiers
Contribuer aux activités de migration Windows 10 vers Windows 11
Administrer les environnements Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, comptes, droits)
Gérer le périmètre téléphonie IP, Teams et parc iPhone (enrôlement de base)
Intervenir dans un contexte d'informatique industrielle, incluant de la manutention de matériel
