* Solide expérience sur Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, workflows)
 * Excellente maîtrise de Python / SQL
 * Expérience sur les environnements Cloud (AWS ou Azure)
 * Bon niveau sur les pratiques DataOps / DevOps, orchestration et supervision
 * Connaissance des architectures Data modernes (Lakehouse, data products)
 * Expérience & postureProfil confirmé à senior, avec une expérience réelle en lead technique
 * Capacité à prendre des décisions techniques et à embarquer une équipe
 * Très bon relationnel et sens du delivery

Certifications (souhaitées) :

 * Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Associate ou Professional)
 * Certification Cloud (AWS ou Azure - niveau Associate minimum)

## Description

En tant que Tech Lead Databricks, vous êtes au cœur des équipes projet et jouez un rôle clé dans la réussite des solutions Data & IA livrées à nos clients.

 * Leadership technique & delivery
 * Être le référent technique Databricks au sein de la squad
 * Encadrer et accompagner les Data Engineers dans leurs développements
 * Garantir la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité des pipelines de données
 * Participer activement aux revues de code et aux décisions techniques structurantes
 * Conception & implémentation
 * Concevoir et développer des pipelines d'ingestion et de transformation à grande échelle (batch, streaming, near real-time)
 * Industrialiser les traitements sur Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Workflows)
 * Mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques DataOps / DevOps (CI/CD, tests, supervision, MCO)
 * Collaborer étroitement avec les Architectes Data, Product Owners et équipes métier
 * Contribuer au cadrage technique et aux estimationsParticiper aux POC / POV et aux phases de montée en charge projet
