## Description

We're looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer in the London area to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you!

As an ICT Field Engineer, you'll:

 * Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.
 * Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
 * Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.
 * Respond to critical incidents, implementing temporary or permanent solutions for server, switch, and internet failures.
