## Description

Vous voulez donner du sens à votre alternance tout en développant de vraies compétences en immobilier ?
Au sein du Diocèse de Belley-Ars, vous contribuerez à la gestion et à la valorisation d'un patrimoine immobilier unique et diversifié : presbytères, logements, bâtiments historiques.

Une expérience terrain, concrète et responsabilisante, au cœur d'enjeux humains et patrimoniaux., En binôme avec le Responsable Immobilier, vous serez impliqué(e) dans toutes les dimensions du property management :

 - Gestion locative
 * Suivi des baux, loyers et charges
 * Relation avec les locataires
 * Mise à jour des données et conformité réglementaire

 - Technique & maintenance
 * Suivi des chantiers et interventions
 * Coordination des prestataires
 * Participation à la gestion des travaux et à la mise en conformité

 - Finance & pilotage
 * Analyse des coûts
 * Suivi des budgets et investissements

 - Valorisation & stratégie
 * Réflexion sur l'optimisation du parc immobilier
 * Études de projets (location, reconversion, cession)
 * Veille du marché
 * Création de tableaux de bord

 - Projets immobiliers
 * Contribution à des projets concrets (réhabilitation, construction)
 * Suivi administratif et appels d'offres
 * Préparation de supports et reportings
