## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
 * [3+] years' experience in software testing / quality assurance, ideally within consulting or on enterprise implementations
 * Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, the SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery
 * Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira/Xray, Azure Test Plans, ALM)
 * Experience of test automation using at least one framework or tool
 * Good SQL skills for data validation
 * Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable working directly with clients

Desirable

 * ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification
 * Experience testing ERP or enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
 * Performance or security testing experience
 * Cloud platform exposure (Azure, AWS)

## Description

You will own testing across the full delivery lifecycle on client projects, from reviewing requirements to sign-off of releases. You will design test strategies, build and run manual and automated tests, manage defects and report quality status to client and project stakeholders., * Analyse business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios, risks and acceptance criteria

 * Develop test strategies, test plans and estimates for client engagements
 * Design, document and execute functional, integration, regression, system and user acceptance test cases
 * Build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca)
 * Carry out API, data and performance testing where required (e.g. Postman, JMeter, SQL)
 * Log, track and prioritise defects, working with developers and functional consultants to resolve them
 * Set up and manage test environments and test data
 * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
 * Report on test progress, coverage and quality metrics to project managers and client stakeholders
 * Support clients through UAT, including training business testers and managing sign-off
 * Contribute to test standards, templates and continuous improvement across the practice
